Quintine Blonde has a superb, hazy blonde colour: it is not filtered, pasteurised or centrifuged after fermentation. It has the delicious fruity, flowery hop flavours typical of our brewery.

Mild and robust flavour with a pronounced hoppy and malty taste.

Its history
Its name refers to the witch Quintine, who lived in Ellezelles in Belgium and was burned at the stake in 1610. The stories of Quintine and the witches are an integral part of Ellezelles’ very lively folklore. Quintine Blonde is the first beer in the Quintine range.
