Saison Voisin is a Dry Hop infused with hop flowers during aging process. Each edition offers the discovery of different hop varieties.
Our brewers choose a different hop each time. They add hop flowers during the aging. The dry hopping process releases the essential oils of the hops, giving the beer a more floral character.
Each Legends Saison Voisin is unique, offering a gustatory surprise every time.
For the first edition, we chose a Triskel hop from Alsace, with aromatic notes of flowers and white fruit.
Its characteristics
Light beer with long-lasting bitterness.

- Serving temperature: between 5 and 8°C
- Colour: copper blonde
- Flavour: white fruit and floral.

Its history
Seasonal beers were brewed in the large farm-breweries of the agricultural plains, to refresh seasonal workers at harvest time.
Today, our Saison Voisin has all the characteristics of this type: very refreshing and thirst-quenching, with a pronounced bitterness.
